- Read about what is new for 2022.
- Review all your benefits plans, options, and rates for 2022.
- Complete the consolidated enrollment form and return it to Doug Turner or Janell Hammersberg.
How To Enroll
Action Required
- Complete the consolidated enrollment form to enroll and modify your elections for 2022.
- If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by February 26th.
- To participate in the Flexible Spending Account in 2022, you must fill out and submit the Ameriflex Flexible Spending Account enrollment form.
